On July 28, 2017 PBN's partners from Rybnitsa - a delegation of employees of the Jewish Charity Center "Hesed Rachel" and the Ukrainian Society of Culture "Podillia" visited the office of the PBN organization, where they were able to take part in the training - "The Wind of Changes".

Further, during the visit, the parties discussed new prospects of the development of partnership relations, as well as there were considered business projects to develop the model of social entrepreneurship.

The guests had the opportunity to meet with the LEADER project participants who received grant support and successfully developed their business in Balti and the northern region of Moldova.

Also, for the delegation from Rybnitsa there were organized a trip to former grantees and meetings with them.

The hosts told and showed the guests many interesting things concerning the technology of the bakery production and ways of their promotion on the market; the specificity of providing services for the development of agro-tourism, the technology and processes of growing vegetables and berries in greenhouses and open fields.

All the participants of the meetings showed active interest, the meetings were accompanied by lively discussions, exchange of opinions, visual demonstration and involvement in business processes.

In conclusion, both sides expressed their wish to continue the practice of such visits, as this kind of collaboration positively influences the improvement of the business environment for the entrepreneurs on both banks of the Dniester river.
